Reminder System
Our practice is committed to preventive case. Your doctor will ask your permission to be included on our reminder system. We may issue you with a reminder notice from time to time offering you preventive health services appropriate to your care. If you do not wish to be part of this system, please let us know at the reception.
Management of your Personal Information.
Your medical record is a confidential document. It is the policy of Healthway Medical Practice to maintain the security of your personal health information at all times.
Healthway Medical Practice follows the RACGP Patient Privacy Guidelines. This document is available in the reception area.
Healthway Medical Practice abides by the National Privacy Principle. This document is available by request. Patient may request a copy of their medical file. Request are to be in writing.
